Our unique Integral Sound Healing method is a powerful process that can help you deal effectively with a health, relationship or life challenge that you may be facing.
On this Level 1 Workshop, you'll get an experience of our unique Integral Sound healing method!
You will also learn foundational skills to offer sound healing sessions and sound baths to yourself, family and friends.
About The Venue
Studio 4, 7- 17 Latona Rd, Peckham, SE15 6RX, London, UK
Shai Space is a cosy corner in Peckham, operating as a hosting space for creatives to gather in the day, and it transitions into a Tea Bar and Easy listening space in the evenings.
It has a Kitchen Space upstairs, including hot drink making facilities, microwave and dinnerware sets. No need to bring your yoga accessories as Shai Space has its own linen cushioned yoga mats, pillows, and blankets to hand.
Peckham Rye is the closest train station at a 21-minute walk from the venue. Of course, you may wish to catch a bus from the train station to the venue, with buses 63 and 363 stopping 5 minutes shy of a walk to Shai Space. On arrival, press the labelled bell for entry into the gated courtyard. Shai space is the very last studio at the bottom of the courtyard.
If you are driving, there is free parking over the weekends. During weekdays, it is paid parking at £5 an hour, for up to 4 hours max, after which you will need to move your car to a neighbouring road. Alternatively, you can park at the local Asda's for £6 a day which is a 10 minute walk from the venue.
Lunchtimes and breaks: with limited access to shops, it is highly recommended to bring your own food with you each day. Refreshments will be provided by Sana.
Workshop Only Option: SAVE £200!
All our courses have a 'Workshop Only' option.
With this option, you will participate fully in everything during the workshop. You will not get access to any online learning resources or ongoing tutoring and support. You are also not required to do any home study or practice before or after the workshop.
The workshop-only option is ideal for:
- People who want to enjoy learning and practicing sound healing skills and techniques without committing to extra home study
- Online students who want the 'workshop experience'
The workshop-only option also enables you to:
- Get a full workshop, hands-on experience with the joy and personal transformation that comes with it

About Your Teacher: Sana Bokhari
I was born in London and grew up in an Asian family, both of which have shaped much of who I am today. Hard work, spirituality, kindness, and the importance of education were values instilled in me. I often feel I have reaped the benefit of having one foot in two different worlds, not only culturally, but in terms of career too.
I majored in Biochemistry and Forensic Science and embarked on a long teaching career and still today work in government. However, not being able to shake the bigger calling of life to immerse myself into the magic of books and nature, spirituality and all things heart-spaced, I became drawn to work as a sound healer and massage therapist!
Combining science with the small miracles and mysteries of the arts of healing is what I'm all about and if your preferred way of learning is within an easy ambience infused with bouts of casual humour then I'm likely the teacher for you!
But whichever teacher and workshop you feel drawn to attend, your experience will truly be "wow" and life changing - I promise.
