About Molly

Molly is an educator, sound healer, yoga instructor and intuitive coach. She has been involved in music from a young age and has participated in choirs, band and musicals throughout her childhood and into university.

After graduating with a BA in voice from the University of Colorado, she resided in Japan for 11 years. While in Japan, she became a singer of Japanese traditional folk song and earned an MA in ethnomusicology from Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music. She returned to the US in 2000 and taught Japanese in a high school in Indiana for 20 years.

During a turbulent time of her life, she discovered yoga classes that also incorporated mantra chanting and crystal singing bowls. Taking these classes on a daily basis, she noticed that she started to become not only physically stronger, but also mentally and emotionally stronger. This deep healing experience led her to make big transformational changes in her life, by taking early retirement from her teaching career to follow her heart’s calling.

Molly currently runs her own business Sacred Sound Healing LLC and resides in Manitou Springs, Colorado, which known for its healing mineral springs and beautiful mountain views. 

In addition to sound healing certifications from the Sound Healing Academy, Molly also holds certifications for Intuitive Coaching, Humming for Health, Trauma-Informed Yoga for Youth, 200-hour RYT Yoga Instruction and Reiki Master.
