I have been a student of sound for over twenty years, both as a performer and a seeker of knowledge. I graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in anthropology, specializing in sound and healing. I have traveled the world experiencing diverse cultural ways of seeing and understanding life. This journey has brought many beautiful sounds into my practice and fostered a deep respect for tradition, ceremony, and lineage.

Following this path led me to The Sound Healing Academy, where I earned my practitioner certification and developed a profound understanding of the healing power of sound. Today, my work in sound healing in Asheville reflects both ancient wisdom and contemporary science, offering grounded, heart-centered experiences for individuals and groups.

I integrate a wide range of cultural techniques and practices, including pranayama, mantra chanting, indigenous prayer concepts, musicality, and mysticism, alongside modern methods that use frequency and resonance to reduce stress and support the body’s natural healing capacity. The power of sound as a healing modality continues to grow and demonstrate its effectiveness in supporting balance, health, and harmony. This approach is at the core of my offerings in sound healing in Asheville, NC.

My sessions incorporate crystal singing bowls, drums, Native American flutes, gongs, tuning forks, rattles, Himalayan singing bowls, idiophones, chordophones, RAV drum, handpan, voice, and other ethnic sound instruments from around the world. Each instrument is used intentionally to encourage healing through vibration, sound, and subtle energy, creating immersive experiences rooted in presence and care.

I offer both individual and group sessions in sound healing in Asheville, focusing on present-moment awareness, observation of physical and energetic states, and conscious communication. Through connection and intention, I craft a supportive healing environment where sound becomes a bridge to clarity, relaxation, and inner alignment.
