- I am Integral Sound Therapist.
- I have completed level 1, Level 2 1:1 and Level 2 Groups.
- I have studied Western shamanic practices which I incorporate in my sound healings.
- I have studied Breath work and Level 2 in Traumatic Breath work facilitation,
- which I combine Breath & Sound in my 1:1 & Groups.
- I enjoy holding workshops teaching Shamanic Rattle making and Medicine Drum making, also
- creating smudging fans and feather wands.
- Meditation & vision guides me to where I see into the souls of those ready to receive & listen to their highest potential. I feel people, and sound allows me to tap into this on a higher level.
- I support people in pushing past ego or fear, putting aside the mask we wear, and truly experience full body release, to heal. Using unique combinations of singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, songs, drums & intuition, I support you in feeling your mood soar as tranquillity settles around you; holding space for you to understand your infinite love of self.
- My message to you is "YOU are the master in unlocking the door to you own self-love one layer at a time". As you are the healer.
- I also hold Kids Healing Breath & Sound journeys where I allow children to play, sing and breathe to tap into their emotions.
- I also hold drumĀ & singing circles on the land to connect in through their voice and drum.Ā
