About Jennifer

Ancient Paths Wellness was born out of the desire to offer sacred space for those seeking mind, body and spirit wellness through sound healing, frequency medicine and ancient wisdom and techniques coupled with modern advancements in holistic therapy.
Jennifer, owner of APW, is trained in Integral Sound Healing with groups & Vibrational Sound therapy.

At the Wellness Studio, we offer high-tech & low-tech frequency treatments. Jennifer believes that there is much Wisdom to be gained as we honour the traditions and practices of the Ancients. Our intention is to combine ancient Wisdom and tools with modern science and technology for healing the body, soul & Spirit. At APW it is our intention to be conduits of Divine Love and our desire is to see people find the rest and relaxation they desire for increased levels of wellness on their healing journey.
