About Helen

Helen is a Sound Healing Practitioner; she infuses one-to-one treatments and Sound Baths with Reiki, having gained Reiki Level 2 (Usui Method). Helen also teaches violin, viola and piano and was a primary school teacher, having a B.Ed Hons from Surrey University and teaching for many years in primary classrooms and primary and secondary class music, individual lessons and music groups.

With her knowledge and experience in music playing and composing, and natural intuition in assessing energy fields, Helen uses therapeutic instruments such as Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gong, frame drums, percussion instruments, viola and her voice to balance the mind, body and soul and bring about deep relaxation and an increase in wellbeing and positive thinking.
