If you are not entirely happy with an on-line course that you have purchased, let us know within 30 days of purchasing it, and we will send you a refund for 100% of the course fee that you have paid.
Within the 30-day money back guarantee period, you can also downgrade your status on an online course.
If you join a Level 1 Certified course, you can downgrade to the same Level 1 Uncertified course.
If you downgrade a course you will be refunded the difference in the price between the two courses at the time of purchase.
Outside of the 30-day guarantee period, it is not possible to downgrade an online course.
