Being a life-long learner and health advocate, Lynette has been fascinated with the many complementary ways we can work with our bodies to achieve maximum health. She was introduced to the use of crystal singing bowls in a yoga class about 15 years ago, found the healing nature from the sound frequencies fascinating and began her journey exploring the healing nature of sound.
Lynette is a certified integral sound healing practitioner for both individuals and groups and is based in the Cleveland, Ohio area. As a Registered Nurse, Reiki Master, Yoga practitioner and teacher (E-RYT500 YACEP), health and well-being has always been very important to her. Lynette loves to support others in their own health journey of self-discovery and self-healing to achieve maximum health and well-being.
In todayā€™s world, many of us are faced with challenges. Offering sound as a complementary tool for both physical and mental wellness can be very helpful.Ā Lynette offers both individual sessions and group sound baths using a variety of instruments including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, drums, gongs, the monochord and other percussion instruments.
