What To Expect

Our FREE Live Webinar is more than just a talk - it’s a journey of self-care and transformation!

Neuroscientist Dr Svend Davanger and Alice Cameron will discuss the method of ACEM meditation plus the groundbreaking evidence from research studies, revealing its power and multiple benefits.

ACEM is a gentle, yet powerful, form of non-directive meditation which involves silently repeating an inaudible, inner sound with a free, relaxed mental attitude. Some of the main benefits of ACEM meditation are:

  • stress reduction
  • nervous system regulation
  • improved focus & creativity
  • better sleep
  • emotional processing
  • reduced anxiety
  • physical relaxation
  • enhanced self-awareness
  • easy to learn & practice

Launched in Norway in the 1960s, ACEM is not aligned with any religious  tradition.  It is an accessible form of meditation, grounded in brain science and psychology, and does not demand belief in any particular philosophy.

You’ll hear from Tony Nec, who will take you through his journey of practicing ACEM meditation and the personal benefits he has experienced.

You don’t need any prior experience with meditation or sound healing - all you need is an open heart and a desire to learn and restore.

During this event, you’ll have the chance to get answers to your questions.

You will also be invited to learn and experience the power of ACEM meditation for yourself. We’ll give you details of the next steps you can take with this easy-to-learn inner sound meditation.

We look forward to sharing this enriching experience with you!
