Booking Terms
For students that book less than 30 days before the start date of the workshop:
When booking with less than 30 days before the start date of the workshop, if you are paying the balance in 3 instalments, you are committing to pay all 3 instalments, and SHA reserves the right to contact you for remaining payments if they are not made.
If there is a non-payment of instalments, this will result in forfeiture of money paid so far, and the student will lose their place at the workshop.
Cancellations
If a course is paid for in full, a refund (less an administration fee) will be given for cancellations when requested at least 60 days before registration on the first day of the scheduled training.
If course is paid in full, a 50% refund (less an administration fee) will be given for cancellations when requested between 30 and 60 days before registration on the first day of the scheduled training.
No refunds will be given after this date or for no-shows on the days of the scheduled training.
If you cancel within 30 days of the start date of a workshop, or you do not show at a workshop without informing us, the full fee for the workshop is still due to be paid. You are required to pay any outstanding balance of the fees that are due.
Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute. However, we need to be notified of this change before the training starts.
The Sound Healing Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone the training due to unforeseen circumstances or if a minimum acceptable registration level is not achieved 30 days before the scheduled training.
If such an unlikely event occurs, the amount you have paid will be refunded in full.
However, the Sound Healing Academy is not responsible for any other program expenses (travel, accommodation etc.) you might have incurred.

- The full amount is paid over 3 monthly instalments
By signing up for this workshop, you are committing to making all 3 payments.
If a payment is skipped then the SHA reserves the right to suspend access to the online training portal for the course and not to provide any further tutor / teacher support. SHA also reserves the right to chase the student for any payments not made.
