Sound healing with Lydia Clark

"My name is Lydia Clark and I've completed the Level 1 Foundations Of Integral Sound Healing (Multi Instrument) and Level 2 Diploma In Integral Sound Healing (1-2-1 Clients) online courses.

I have sung/toned all my life, since before I could speak full sentences! Everything has been a song. Early on in my music education, I realized how powerful music was.

My first encounters with instruments like crystal or Tibetan singing bowls however, was not until I was an adult. Their ability to bring me to a meditative state was so strong and immediately transported me into to place I really enjoyed. I felt as if I could remain in that state for eternity!

In 2022, while web browsing, I came across images and videos of crystal singing bowls and sound healing, which prompted my search for sound healing educational programs, and voila' - The Sound Healing Academy popped up. I knew that SHA was the choice for me! I learned so much from both the Level 1 and Level 2 online courses, and not only about sound healing, but about myself. The entire process was soooo positive and very rewarding. I loved every minute of my sound healing education journey!

Currently, I am practicing as a sound healing practitioner! I provide 1-2-1 sound healing sessions at home with my clients, family, friends, and anyone that is open to healing sounds and who wishes to attend!"

Did you know that many veterinarians and animal behaviorists have used sound healing tools such as tuning forks, singing bowls, and specific frequency-based music to reduce stress and anxiety in animals?

For example, there is a study which discusses the use of tuning forks with animals, noting that many animals respond positively to the vibrations, with cats favoring the 528 Hz frequency and dogs the OM tuning fork!
